Business Litigator Nima Kamali Returns to Scali Rasmussen

Law firm Scali Rasmussen announced today that Nima Kamali has returned to the Firm’s Litigation practice and will be based out of its Los Angeles office.

Kamali specializes in business litigation and has represented automotive dealers and other businesses in a variety of disputes involving breach-of-contract, fraud and unfair competition claims. His experience extends from state court to federal court and from the plaintiff side to defense.

Kamali practiced at Scali Rasmussen from 2017 to 2018. He left to broaden his skill set as a business litigator at another boutique firm before rejoining his prior firm. “I couldn’t be happier to return to Scali Rasmussen,” said Kamali. “Both the firm and I have grown significantly since my last stint as an attorney here. Kamali earned his bachelor’s degree from UC Santa Barbara and his JD from the UC Irvine School of Law.
