Infosec named a security awareness and training Leader by Independent Research Firm

Infosec, a leading global cybersecurity education and security awareness company, today announced it has been named a Leader in The Forrester Wave™: Security Awareness and Training Solutions, Q1 2020 report.

Companies are scored in Strategy, Current Offering and Market Presence categories using 23 criteria. In the Strategy category, Infosec is among the top-ranked in four out of six criteria by receiving a 5.0 (0 to 5 scale):

  • Vendor roadmap
  • User experience roadmap
  • Talent management
  • Industry leadership

“We believe Infosec is recognized as a Leader because we constantly innovate and evolve our products to stay ahead of the changing threat landscape,” said Jack Koziol, CEO and founder of Infosec. “We build partnerships with our clients, so they have customized training roadmap specific to their organization’s needs. Infosec believes in providing best in class, visionary user experiences.

“I think the takeaway from the ranking is our current clients can be assured they’ve chosen their security awareness training partner well. And organizations looking to make their workforces more cyber resilient should consider Infosec in their decision set.”

Forrester analysts provided this evaluation in the report, “Infosec combines customer delight with an evolving modern solution. Long-established global vendor Infosec continues to evolve instead of becoming trapped by its success. The Infosec IQ platform covers a broad range of security topics and receives frequent updates with new content.…Customers’ program managers can define each training exercise’s length and learner completion dates. Managers can also assign training automatically and map a security awareness strategy for the calendar year.”[1]

The report is produced by Forrester Research, Inc., a leading global research and advisory firm. Forrester’s research assessed vendors on a weighted scale that ranks capabilities across multiple categories.

Industry-leading, innovative products

Infosec’s full product line of three innovative, role-based SaaS cybersecurity platforms — Infosec IQ, Infosec Skills and Infosec Flex — each experienced robust expansion and customer retention, while accelerating the addition of global customers in 2019.
