Integrative Life Center, a nationally recognized treatment center for mental health and substance use disorders, today announced that its residential program has officially opened. With the residential option, initially available only to women, ILC will be able to serve patients at every stage of recovery, including those requiring full-time care, apart from their current living environments.
“Adding a residential program to our current offerings will allow us to provide seamless, consistent care for clients needing more support,” said Christi Cessna, ILC Chief Operating Officer. “Individualized treatment programs allow clients to have truly transformational experiences. Offering a full continuum of care will further enable ILC to personalize our clients care.”
The female residential program features 12 beds, a full-time nursing staff, weekday and weekend programming to meet clients’ needs. ILC also has expanded its team of therapists and medical staff to assist clients in the residential level of care.
Part of the Nashville recovery community for over a decade, ILC integrates evidence-based methods with non-traditional approaches in a holistic program for clients to achieve lasting recovery of body, mind and spirit. The community reintegration model provides personalized treatment plans, so clients can progress at their own pace in a real-world environment.
lLC provides multi-disciplinary, evidence-based therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), comprehensive resource model (CRM), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), EMDR and motivational interviewing, as well as adventure, spiritual and experiential methods, such as mindfulness, acupuncture and yoga; journaling; kayaking and low ropes course; music, art and equine therapies; and more.
