Andersen welcomes Jonathan Farrell as a Managing Director in the Boston office. He will join the firm’s Alternative Investment Funds (AIF) practice. Jonathan has over 24 years of experience advising clients on the structuring of partnership and real estate taxation, including mergers and acquisitions, taxable and non-taxable dispositions of property, and exit strategies for owners.

Prior to Andersen, Jon was a partner at DiCicco, Gulman & Company, where he led the firm’s Real Estate practice, and a manager at Deloitte. He started his career with Arthur Andersen.
