The MT-ATX-ZZ-480D-30KVA-480Y.277-N3R three-phase 31.2 kVA zig-zag autotransformer features a primary voltage of 480V Delta and a secondary voltage of 408Y/277V Wye-N. This unit’s cores are made with non-aging, cold-rolled silicon steel, and precision cut aluminum transformer winding material is used to enhance performance. Close tolerances used during manufacturing eliminates burrs that can hinder performance.
Larson Electronics’ zig-zag autotransformer features 180˚C insulation with a 115˚ temperature rise. This IP24-rated unit features cores that are specially coated to prevent moisture and are electrically balanced to minimize axial forces during short circuit events. This autotransformer has the ability to adjust the supply voltage to match specific load requirements when load isolation from the supply line is not required. Suitable applications include situations that require a transformer that has a neutral from a Delta configuration.
