Inovia Vein Expands Further in Portland, Oregon with New Happy Valley Clinic

Inovia Vein Specialty Centers (Inovia Vein) has announced it has partnered with Dr. Andrew Gentile to open a clinic in Happy Valley. Inovia Vein are specialty vein centers in Oregon to treat patients with common vein disorders.

“This is our fourth clinic in Oregon, and third in the Portland metropolitan area where we exclusively provide specialty, outpatient vein care,” said Dr. Edward M Boyle, co-founder of Inovia Vein.

Dr. Gentile is a board-certified vascular surgeon whose practice will now focus entirely on the outpatient treatment of venous disease, including venous insufficiency, varicose veins, DVT and venous stasis ulcers. Dr. Gentile was raised in Southern California and graduated with Honors from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Creighton University Medical School and completed his internship and residency in General Surgery at Oregon Health and Science University in Portland. He then completed a Vascular Surgery fellowship at the University of Arizona in Tucson.

After practicing in Tucson for five years, Dr. Gentile moved back to Portland with Northwest Kaiser Permanente at the Kaiser Sunnyside Hospital in Happy Valley. In his vascular surgery career, he has performed the entire spectrum of Vascular and Endovascular Surgery, including the care of patients with complex arterial and venous disease. In addition, he has received innovation grants to develop mobile telemedicine wound care programs and spearheaded virtual consultations remotely between wound care providers and vascular specialists in the Pacific Northwest.

“I joined Inovia Vein so that I can focus my expertise entirely on patients with common vein disorders,” said Dr. Gentile. “I was especially drawn to the way this practice allows us to help patients continue with their lives and work while being treated via the latest minimally invasive outpatient endovascular techniques available.”

“We are pleased to have a vascular surgeon with Dr. Gentile’s experience and reputation join our team as we expand our services for patients in need of vein care into the eastern part of Portland, in the fast growing Clackamas County, Happy Valley area,” said Dr. Andrew D Jones, co-founder of Inovia Vein.

Dr. Gentile now performs exclusively office-based, minimally invasive vein procedures at the practice located in Happy Valley. Patients can currently be scheduled for appointments at the Happy Valley Inovia Vein Specialty Center at 9200 SE 91st Ave., Mt.
