Davis company raises $7.5M for automated strawberry picker

Davis-based mechanical strawberry harvesting equipment company Advanced Farm Technologies Inc. raised $7.5 million in a round of venture capital led by Yamaha Motor Ventures & Laboratory Silicon Valley.
