2 Chinese self-driving car startups win permits for robotaxis in Silicon Valley

AutoX, one of China’s best-funded autonomous driving startups, and Pony.ai, which was co-founded by former Baidu executives, are the second and third companies to get permits to offer robotaxi services in California.
