Aspen to Announce Fourth Quarter 2018 Earnings on February 6, 2019

Aspen Insurance Holdings Limited (“Aspen”) (NYSE:AHL) will release its fourth quarter 2018 financial results on Wednesday, February 6, 2019 following the close of the New York Stock Exchange. The earnings press release and a detailed financial supplement will be published on the Aspen website.

As previously announced, Aspen entered into an Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated as of August 27, 2018 (the “Merger Agreement”) with Highlands Holdings, Ltd. (“Highlands”), a Bermuda exempted company, and Highlands Merger Sub, Ltd., a Bermuda exempted company and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Highlands. Highlands is a Bermuda exempted company held by affiliates of certain investment funds managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management, LLC, a leading global alternative investment manager. As a result of the Merger Agreement, Aspen will not host an earnings conference call to discuss its fourth quarter 2018 financial results.
