In trading on Monday, the Financial Select Sector SPDR Fund ETF (XLF) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 1.3% on the day. Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Citigroup (C), up about 3% and shares of Bank of America (BAC), up about 2.8% on the day.
