Boxlight Set to Join Russell Microcap® Index

Boxlight Corporation (Nasdaq: BOXL) (“Boxlight” or the “Company”), a leading provider of technology solutions for the global learning market, is set to join the Russell Microcap® Index at the conclusion of the Russell U.S. Indexes annual reconstitution, effective after the U.S. market opens on June 25, according to a preliminary list of additions posted June 8.

Membership in the Russell Microcap® Index, which remains in place for one year, means automatic inclusion in the appropriate growth and value style indexes. FTSE Russell determines membership for its Russell U.S. Indexes primarily by objective, market-capitalization rankings and style attributes.

"We are honored to be added to the Russell Microcap Index to raise Boxlight’s visibility and public awareness within the investment community," said Michael Pope, President of Boxlight. "As we continue to execute on our growth strategy, we believe our inclusion in this index will serve as a valuable tool to help broaden our shareholder base and further advance our goal of becoming a global leader in education technology."

Russell U.S. Indexes are widely used by investment managers and institutional investors as the basis for index funds and as benchmarks for active investment strategies. Approximately $9 trillion in assets are benchmarked against Russell U.S. Indexes. Russell U.S. Indexes are part of FTSE Russell, a leading global index provider.
