In trading on Wednesday, the Oil Services ETF (OIH) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 3.1% on the day. Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Ensco (ESV), up about 10.9% and shares of Rowan Companies (RDC), up about 7.9% on the day.
