In trading on Monday, the iShares PHLX Semiconductor ETF (SOXX) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 1% on the day. Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Micron Technology (MU), up about 9.8% and shares of Broadcom (AVGO), up about 3.3% on the day.
