On August 7, 2007, Mobile Mini, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2007. A copy of the press release was furnished as Exhibit 99.01 to the Company’s Form 8-K Report filed on August 7, 2007.

On August 7, 2007, the Company held a conference call discussing its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2007. A transcript of the conference call is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report.
