Item 12. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On November 5, 2003, Orthologic Corp. issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2003. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
OrthoLogic Corp. also held a public conference call announcing financial results described in the November 5, 2003 press release. Following the formal presentation of the financial results, the officers of OrthoLogic Corp. answered questions from the public.
