On July 16, 2004, Manor Care, Inc. announced that it has commenced a cash tender offer for up to $100 million in aggregate principal amount of the 7 1/2% Senior Notes due 2006 issued by its wholly owned subsidiary, Manor Care of America, Inc., and its 8% Senior Notes due 2008.
