OUR LIMITED OPERATING HISTORY AND CHANGE IN BUSINESS STRATEGY MAKES IT DIFFICULT TO EVALUATE OUR BUSINESS During the quarter ended March 31, 2001, we sold our full-service, residential real estate business and completed a significant restructuring of our company. We focused our business on generating higher margin revenue from our Rimfire and iPIX immersive solutions and significantly reduced our operating expenses and number of employees. We believe that transaction fees from eBay will continue to increase as more eBay customers utilize our service on the eBay auction website.
