ITEM 7.01. Regulation FD.
On November 18-21, 2008, representatives of Apartment Investment and Management Company
(“Aimco”), including Timothy J. Beaudin, Executive Vice President and Chief Property Operating
Officer, Thomas M. Herzog, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and David
Robertson, Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer, will meet with investors and
analysts at NAREIT’s Annual Convention 2008 being held in San Diego, California. During those
meetings, Aimco representatives will distribute the attached presentation. The presentation is
