Form 8-K Typo

On July 30, 2008, Aspen Insurance Holdings Limited (“Aspen”) furnished its quarterly results for the second quarter ending June 30, 2008 on Form 8-K. There was an error relating to the Q2 2006 reference period on pages 3, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14 of the Earnings Release Financial Supplement (Exhibit 99.2). All references made to Q2 2006 on these pages should be to Q1 2006.
