On December 20, 2016, the Board of Directors of Parke Bancorp, Inc. (the "Registrant") declared a dividend of $0.10 per share payable to shareholders of record as of January 17, 2017 and to be paid on January 31, 2017. The Registrant issued a press release on December 21, 2016 announcing the dividend, a copy of which is filed as Exhibit 99 hereto and is incorporated by reference herein.
