Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On May 8, 2008, Public Service Enterprise Group Incorporated (PSEG) elected Hak Cheol Shin to its Board of Directors, effective immediately. Mr. Shin has not been appointed to any committees at this time; however, the Board of Directors will consider appropriate committee assignments for Mr. Shin at its next regularly scheduled meeting.
Mr. Shin is executive vice president, industrial and transportation business, at the 3M Company of St. Paul, MN. He has been with 3M since 1984 and has held posts with increasingly broader responsibilities. He became a division vice president in 2001 and was named an executive vice president in 2005.
