On October 2, 2018, CSG Systems International, Inc. (“CSG” or the “Company”), issued a press release announcing that it had completed the acquisition of Forte Payment Systems, Inc. CSG initially announced the acquisition on September 14, 2018. A copy of the press release is attached to this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated into this section by reference.
