On October 1, 2018, in connection with a potential debt refinancing transaction, SeaWorld Entertainment, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing attendance and preliminary revenue through September 30, 2018 compared to the prior year period.   The full text of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference in this Item 2.02.
