DEPARTURE OF DIRECTORS OR CERTAIN OFFICERS; ELECTION OF DIRECTORS; APPOINTMENT OF CERTAIN OFFICERS; COMPENSATORY ARRANGEMENTS OF CERTAIN OFFICERS. |
On August 22, 2018, Jessica R. Doran returned from her maternity leave and resumed her duties as Chief Financial Officer and principal financial and accounting officer of Pzena Investment Management, Inc. (the “Company”). Prior to her maternity leave, Ms. Doran served as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer and principal financial and accounting officer from July 2016 through May 2018.
Upon Ms. Doran’s return, Gary J. Bachman resumed his role as the Company’s Chief Operating Officer.
