Item 8.01 Other Events

 

On September 18-21, 2015, the Company attended HempCon in San Jose. The Company sold individual waffles and its waffle and pancake batter. The Company sold in excess of 500 waffles and generated approximately $5,000 in sales. The Company expects to begin selling product to dispensaries in California beginning October 2015.
