Item 8.01.  Other Events.

On November 23, 2015, Finjan Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that in Finjan, Inc. v. Blue Coat Systems Inc. (5:13-cv-03999-BLF) the district court entered judgment on non-jury legal issues and affirmed the earlier jury verdict and award against Blue Coat, all in favor of Finjan.

A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
