Stock Option Grants

On April 14, 2010, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors (the "Committee") held a meeting to review certain compensation matters for the Company’s executive officers and non-executive employees. At the meeting, the Committee granted stock options to the Company’s named executive officers to purchase the number of shares of the Company’s common stock set forth opposite their name below:

Annual Base Salary

At the meeting, the Committee also approved the following annual base salary for the named executive officers of the Company effective as of March 1, 2010.

Base Salary: $460,000

Jane H. Hsiao
Base Salary: $450,000

Steven D. Rubin
Base Salary: $350,000

Rao Uppaluri
Base Salary: $310,000
