These materials have been prepared by Bluegreen Corporation, the Company’s 54% owned subsidiary (the other 46% of which is owned by BBX Capital Corporation, which is an 81% owned subsidiary of the Company). These materials are to be included in one or more presentations to be made by Bluegreen following the filing of this report. Neither the Company nor Bluegreen undertakes to update the attached presentation materials.
