On May 3, 2012, CEC Entertainment, Inc. (the Company) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the first quarter of 2012.

On May 1, 2012, the Companys Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.22 per share on the common stock of the Company. The cash dividend is payable on July 5, 2012 to stockholders of record as of June 7, 2012.
