The President and Chief Executive Officer, Joseph C. Hete, and Chief Financial Officer, Quint O. Turner, of Air Transport Services Group, Inc. (“ATSG”), plan on giving a presentation and holding a series of one-on-one meetings with investors and analysts at the Sidoti Third Annual New York Conference on November 16, 2010, and the Stephens Fall Investment Conference on November 17, 2010, both of which are being held in New York, New York. During those meetings, Messrs. Hete and Turner will be providing an overview of ATSG, its historical financial performance and growth strategy, utilizing the written presentation attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. The written presentation will also generally be made available to other participants at the respective conferences, beginning at the Sidoti Third Annual New York Conference on November 15, 2010.
