By letter dated November 5, 2010, the Company reported that a dividend will be paid to all shareholders of record November 18, 2010. The dividend corresponds to a gross dividend of Ps. 0.20736976237 (Argentine peso) per share (Ps. 2.0736976237 per ADR) and will be paid in Argentina on November 19, 2010 according to Caja de Valores S.A.

Tax withholding in not applicable.
