On June 22, 2007, Embarcadero Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting that on June 22, 2007, the Company’s stockholders voted to adopt the Agreement and Plan of Merger with affiliates of Thoma Cressey Bravo, Inc.
