On March 7, 2006, BIOLASE Technology, Inc. (“Biolase”), issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2005. A copy of this press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
