Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers

 

G. Robert Blanchard Jr. has been elected to the board of directors effective July 6, 2005. Mr. Blanchard’s father, Mr. Blanchard Sr. had been a director since the beginning of the Company until his retirement on April 26, 2005. Mr. Blanchard has been a director of one of the Company’s subsidiary banks since 2000.

 

Mr. Blanchard is also expected to serve on the Company’s audit committee.
