Item 7.01.    Regulation FD Disclosure
 
On April 22, 2014, UMB Financial Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that the Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.225 per share payable on July 1, 2014 to shareholders of record on June 10, 2014.

In the same release, the Company announced that the Board of Directors has authorized the purchase of up to two million shares of the Company's common stock during the next twelve months. A copy of the press release is attached as exhibit 99.1.
