On June 10, 2009, Destination Maternity Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that the Company's Two Hearts Maternity by Destination Maternity collection will be offered for sale at over 500 Sears locations beginning in October 2009. The new collection will also be available at 100 Kmart locations beginning in October 2009.

A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
