(the “Company”) announced today that at its Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, held on November 13, 2014 in Ness Ziona, Israel, the proposal submitted for shareholders' approval for the re-election of Ms. Alicia Rotbard as an outside director (within the meaning of the Israeli Companies Law) for an additional three-year term, was duly approved.
