A PRELIMINARY EXAMINATION OF THE POSSIBILITY TO
ACQUIRE THE ASSETS OF TAPUZ ANASHIM LTD.
Rosh Ha’ayin, Israel, March 25, 2010 – Partner Communications Company Ltd. ("Partner" or "the Company") (NASDAQ and TASE: PTNR), a leading Israeli communications operator, announces that the Company's Management has been authorized to conduct initial negotiations in order to examine the possibility of acquiring the assets of Tapuz Anashim Ltd., an Israeli public company controlled by the Company's controlling shareholder.
At this preliminary stage, there is no certainty that such negotiations will result in an agreement, which, in any case, would be subject to the approval of the Company's organs, as required by law.
