On December 16, 2013, Solar Capital Ltd. (the “Company”) added a new lender which has committed $50 million of revolving credit to its senior secured credit facility (the “Facility”). Commitments under the Facility now total $540 million. The Facility matures in June of 2018 and can continue to be expanded under its accordion feature up to $800 million.
