Other Events On October 19, 2005, Team, Inc. (the "Company") entered into an agreement settling the pending litigation styled Diamond Shamrock Refining Company, L.P. v. Puffer-Sweiven, Inc. et al in the 36th Judicial District Court of Live Oak County, Texas, Cause number L-05-0093-CV-A. The entire settlement is being funded by the Company's insurance carriers. However, indemnity coverage from the $1 million primary policy remains in dispute in an action styled Team Industrial Services, Inc. v. American Safety Indemnity Company et. al . in the 149th Judicial District Court of Brazoria County, Texas, Cause number 28,400.
