Other Events.

 

On June 19, 2014, TOG (Milan) S.L.R., a wholly-owned subsidiary of The ONE Group Hospitality, Inc. (the “Company”), entered into a hospitality services agreement with Sol Meliá Italia S.L.R., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Meliá Hotels International, for the operation of an STK, a rooftop bar and food and beverage services at the new ME Milan Il Duca hotel.
