On November 30, 2007, Linda Millage tendered her resignation as the interim Principal Accounting Officer of Genesis Microchip Inc., effective as of November 30, 2007. Ms. Millage continues to serve as Senior Director of Finance and Worldwide Controller of Genesis Microchip Inc.
