On April 1, 2008, Concurrent Computer Corporation (“Concurrent”) announced that it had entered into a Master Purchase Agreement with Cox Communications (“Cox”) to deploy Concurrent’s MediaHawk 4500 VOD servers across Cox's entire VOD-enabled subscriber base.  The announcement included some details regarding the agreement and the grant of a patent license to Concurrent's targeted advertising patent portfolio.
