On June 19, 2007, Information Services Group, Inc. issued a press release with respect to the filing of a preliminary proxy statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission relating to its previously announced agreement to purchase 100% of the shares of TPI Advisory Services Americas, Inc.  The press release announcing the filing of the preliminary proxy statement is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
