On March 7, 2005, Brenda J. Lauderback, a member of the Louisiana-Pacific Corporation Board of Directors in Class II, gave notice that she does not intend to stand for re-election at the Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Louisiana-Pacific Corporation to be held on May 2, 2005.
