RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION |
On August 14, 2003, Pixelworks, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the revision of its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2003 to reflect a change in the tax provision which resulted from the termination of the merger agreement with Genesis Microchip.
