On December 1, 2006, Citizens First Corporation issued a press release, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference. The press release announced the completion of the Company’s acquisition of Kentucky Banking Centers of Glasgow, Kentucky from Farmers Capital Bank Corporation for a purchase price of approximately $20 million.
