Software
Tree LLC, a subsidiary of Acacia Research Corporation, has entered into a
confidential settlement and license agreement with Dell Inc. The
agreement resolves patent litigation, Civil Action Case No. 6:08-cv-0097-LED,
pending in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas
with respect to the identified parties.
